Morph Sports Therapy and Personal Training Services is owned
and run by Kenneth Muir. Kenneth is a former Industrial Manager,
East Kilbride Pro Am Golf champion and Motherwell Athletics
Club Athlete and Secretary.
At the age of 34 and after adding a few extra inches around the waist line, Kenneth undertook a new fitness regime, which consisted of a daily jogging routine. Within 9 months Kenneth had shed 6 stone and had become a keen runner. After joining Motherwell Athletics Club in 2003 he went on to compete in 2 marathons, over 20 half marathons, numerous 10 K road races as well as competing in team events for Motherwell.
Kenneth has a NVQ Level 5 in Operational Management and worked within the Semi Conductor Industry for 22 years. Having started in 1984 as a trainee Glassblower in East Kilbride, his career progressed by fulfilling his apprenticeship in Hanau Germany before returning back to Scotland in1987.
After establishing himself as a qualified Quartz Glassblower he went on to fulfil positions at Supervisory and Management level before taking redundancy in May 2006.
In October 2006 Kenneth graduated as a Sports Massage Therapist, Advanced Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant at the Premier International Training Academy certified to REPS Level 3.
Since its launch in 2006, Body Morph has provided high quality Personal Training and Sports Therapy services for Private clients, Corporate clients, Airdrie Utd Boys football club, Albion Rovers Boys football club and is currently running Weight Management programmes for the NHS.
